Email Mastery Workshop
A two-and-a-half hour session on writing email that people open, read, and act on. Subject lines, body structure, calls to action, and the specific logic of writing for a list that knows who you are.
What this workshop covers
Email is the most forgiving channel for copy experiments because the results are visible and measurable almost immediately. Open rates tell you whether your subject line worked. Click rates tell you whether your body copy delivered on what the subject line promised. Unsubscribes tell you whether you are consistently failing to give people something worth reading. The Email Mastery Workshop is built on this feedback loop. We cover the full anatomy of an effective email: subject lines and preview text, the opening sentence (which is usually where most emails lose their readers), body structure for different email types, and calls to action that feel like a natural conclusion rather than an interruption. We also cover the logic of sequences: welcome sequences, nurture sequences, reengagement campaigns, and launch sequences. Each of these has a different job and requires a different approach. The workshop includes a section where we write live, using real email examples from participants to demonstrate the principles as they apply to specific real-world situations.
