Content Strategy Session
A working session on how to build a content plan that does a specific job for your business, rather than filling a publishing calendar with things that do not move anyone toward a decision.
What this workshop covers
Most content strategies fail for the same reason: they are designed to produce content rather than to achieve a business outcome. The calendar gets filled, the articles get published, the posts go out. Nothing changes in the metrics that actually matter. The Content Strategy Session is a working session, not a lecture. You arrive with your current content situation, and we work through it together using a structured diagnostic process. We identify who you are trying to reach and what you need them to understand before they will act, what content already exists and whether it is doing the job it was built to do, where the gaps are and what specifically needs to be created to fill them, and how to structure a content plan that builds progressively toward a specific conversion goal rather than filling space. The session is appropriate for both content beginners and people who have been producing content for years and are not seeing the results they expected. The approach is the same: start from the outcome and work backward to the content, rather than starting from content ideas and hoping they lead somewhere.
