Brand Voice Development Workshop
A structured process for defining how your brand communicates in writing. Not a style guide with abstract adjectives, but a practical document that any writer on your team can pick up and use tomorrow.
What this workshop covers
Most brand voice guides fail for one of two reasons. Either they are too abstract to be useful, built around words like "authentic" and "approachable" that mean nothing without examples. Or they are documents that got written once, approved, filed, and never consulted again because no one on the team felt ownership of them. The Brand Voice Development Workshop builds a brand voice guide during the session itself. We work through a structured diagnostic to understand how the brand currently communicates, what is working and what is not, and who the audience is and what they need the brand to sound like. Then we build: a tone character definition that is specific enough to be useful, example sentences that demonstrate the voice in action, a writing do and do not list built from real examples, and guidance for how to adapt the voice across different channels and contexts. The guide you leave with is built from your brand, your audience, and your examples. It is not a template filled with your logo. It is a working document that anyone on your team can use to write on-brand copy without running every sentence past you first.
