Questions about the workshops

I Do I need any copywriting experience to attend?
No. Most workshop participants are founders, marketers, and strategists who write copy regularly but have never formally studied it. The fundamentals workshop is a good starting point if you are new to the subject. The other workshops assume basic familiarity with the kind of copy they cover.
II Are the workshops live or pre-recorded?
Live. Each workshop is a live session with a group of up to 12 participants. This is intentional: the exercises, the questions, and the real-time feedback make the sessions far more useful than a recording. Recordings are provided for replay, not as a substitute for attending.
III How long does each workshop run?
Between two and three hours, depending on the topic. Sales Writing and Content Strategy tend to run closer to three hours because there is more to cover. Copy Fundamentals and Email Mastery are typically two to two and a half hours. All workshops include a break.
IV Can I attend a workshop in French?
Yes. Most workshops are offered in both English and French editions. The French editions are not translated versions of the English sessions: they are written separately for French-speaking audiences with French market examples. Check the workshop schedule for upcoming French editions.
V What is included in the price?
All workshop prices include the live session, the workshop workbook, a PDF summary of the frameworks covered, and access to the session recording for the duration included in your plan. The Starter plan includes seven days of replay access; Studio includes 30 days; Atelier includes lifetime access.
VI What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop start time qualify for a full credit to a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for credit but the recording and materials will still be sent. Please review our refund policy for full details.
